1. Phone/E-mail Conversation: you describe the room addition, we provide approximate price
range of project. The cost to add a room typically falls between $125-$165 per square foot.
Bathroom additions usually add an additional 12-15% to the total cost.
2. Free In Home Consultation: we sight view existing structure, take measurements, discuss details,
and provide a closer approximation of cost.
3. Construction Design Take Off: we take accurate measurements of existing structure, roof pitch,
examine attics/crawl spaces, plan for plumbing/electrical/HVAC.
4. Design: we provide design options with floor plans, side elevations and multiple 3D views, we work with
you until a final design is selected. We charge $200-$500 for design work and construction drawings.
The design fee is refunded upon contract signing. You save $1,200 on average not paying an architect.
5. Engineering/Windstorm: we provide construction drawings stamped by a licensed engineer as necessary
for obtaining city permits. All windstorm inspections and Texas Department of Insurance paperwork is
taken care of for you....again saving you time and money.
